老年患者腹部手术后并发不完全性肠梗阻的预防及护理

为探讨老年患者腹部手术后出现腹胀、腹痛，肛门排便、排气不畅，并发不完全性肠梗阻的预防及护理，回顾性分析了对18例患者主要护理措施包括：有效的胃肠减压、低压保留灌肠、胃管注入石蜡油、药物应用、合理的饮食、早期下床活动及心理护理。2例患者保守治疗一天，腹痛、腹胀加重，腹部压痛明显，有腹肌紧张，腹部平片示：肠腔内积气积液明显增多，后转手术治疗。16例患者不完全性肠梗阻解除，腹胀、腹痛缓解，肠功能恢复，痊愈出院。
