| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经腹超声和经阴道超声对子宫内膜病变的诊断价值的比较。方法：先后使用经腹超声和经阴道超声对我院自2008年3月至2009年10月间收治的74例子宫内膜病变患者进行诊断，比较两者的诊断价值。结果：经腹超声诊断符合率为、81．08％；经阴超声诊断符合率为100．00％，两者相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：经腹超声和经阴道超声是诊断子宫内膜病变量要辅助检查之一，经阴道超声较经腹超声具有更高的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objecive：To compare with TAS and TVS in the diagnosis value for reliable diagnosing endometrial diseases. Methods： During Mar. 2008 to Oct. 2009 , 74 patients who had endometrial diseases in our hospital under TAS and TVS,in the diagnosis. , compare with the value. Results： The diagnostic accuracy rate was 80.08% with TAS; The diagnostic accuracy rate was 80. 08% with TVS. There was statistical significance between the tow groups. （P〈0.05）. Conclusions：With TAS and TVS are one of the important methods to diagnose endometrial diseases, compare with TAS, TVS may be potential modality for reliable diagnosing endometrial diseases. |
