创伤失血性休克的急救护理

目的：总结创伤失血性休克的急救和护理措施。方法：对我院45例创伤性休克患者采取快捷、精确、科学、规范的急救护理措施。结果：44例患者因就诊、抢救及时，伤情得到控制而痊愈，死亡1例，均常规给予抗生素治疗，输血200--800ml。结论：快捷、精确、科学、规范的急救护理措施对提高创伤失血性休克的救治成功率，预防并发症，降低伤残率具有重要的意义。

Wound hemorrhage shock first aid nursing

Objective：To summarize the traumatic hemorrhagic shock in first aid and nursing care. Methods：From 45 cases of pa- tients with traumatic shock to take quick, precise, scientific, standardized measures for emergency care. Results： 44 patients due to treatment, to save time, be brought under control and heal injuries and death in 1 case were given routine antibiotic therapy, blood transfusion 200-- 800 ml. Conclusion： Fast, precise, scientific, standardized emergency care measures to improve the treatment of traumatic hemorrhagic shock success rate, prevent complications, reducing disability rates have important significance.
