应用肱骨近端锁定接骨板治疗30例老年移位肱骨近端骨折

目的：探讨应用锁定接骨板治疗老年移位肱骨近端骨折的体会。方法：对30例老年移位肱骨近端骨折的病人，采用锁定接骨板内固定治疗。结果-老年肱骨近端骨折30例，按照Nerr标准评定肩关节功能：优18例，满意10例，2例患者发生骨化性肌炎，优良率93．3％。结论：采用锁定接骨板内固定在治疗老年肱骨近端骨折中的应用，固定可靠，有利于骨折愈合及关节功能的早日康复，是一种可靠的手术治疗方法。
