| 摘 要： | 对我院10年来38例婴儿唇裂修复术的手术配合经验进行了总结，认为适宜的环境准备、正确的体住摆放、细心的麻醉配合以及敏捷的手术配合是手术成功的重要因素。熟悉和掌握婴儿生理、病理和组织学特点、婴儿麻醉特点以及如何预防并发症是保证婴儿生命安全的重要条件。
