| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨了肺癌骨转移患者血清NSE、CYFRA21-1水平的变化及临床意义。方法：应用发光法和酶免法对31例肺癌骨转移患者进行了血清NSE、CYFRA21-1的检测,并与30例未转移患者和30例正常人作比较。结果：骨转移组血清NSE和CYFRA21-1水平明显高于未转移组。未转移组又高于正常人组（P〈0.01～0.001）。结论：检测肺癌骨转移患者血清NSE和CYFRA21-1水平的变化对了解病情、观察预后均具有重要的临床价值。
