| 摘 要： | 根据痰瘀互结同病的原理,痰浊必致瘀血,瘀血多夹痰浊,痰瘀阻塞是导致痛证的重要病理因素。吴立文教授善用化痰逐瘀治疗由痰瘀互结所致之痛证,治痰兼顾化瘀,治瘀不忘化痰,使邪祛络通,通则不痛,取得良好效果。

| Abstract: | According to the theory that phlegm and blood stasis fall ill at the same time,phlegm is bound to lead to blood stasis,blood stasis has often been mixed up with phlegm,stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis is important pathology factor leading to pain syndrome.Professor Wu Liwen is good at use the method resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis to treat the pain syndrome leaded by phlegm and blood stasis.He gives consideration to resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,and makes pathogenic factor eliminate and collaterals remove,thereby pain stop.The clinical effect is satisfactory. |
