医院与社区获得性感染耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌耐消毒剂基因初步研究

目的比较耐消毒剂基因在本地区医院与社区获得性感染耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）中的流行状态。方法从临床标本中分离出的MRSA菌株分为医院与社区获得性感染2组,用聚合酶链反应（PCR）检测耐消毒剂基因qacA/B,并对组间检出率进行比较。结果40株医院获得性感染MRSA中qacA/B阳性19株,20株社区获得性感染MRSA中qacA/B阳性2株,2组耐消毒剂基因的检出率分别为47.5%和10.0%,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论医院获得性感染MRSA耐消毒剂基因的携带率高于社区获得性感染MRSA。

Preliminary study on disinfectant resistant gene in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus isolated from clinical samples of hospital acquired infections and community acquired infections

Objective To compare the epidemieity of disinfectant resistant gene among methieillin-resistant Staphy- lococcus aureus （MRSA） isolated from clinical samples of hospital acquired infections and community acquired infections. Methods The disinfectant resistant genes qacA/B of the MRSA strains isolated from clinical samples were detected by polymerase chain reaction （PCR）, and the positive rates between the different groups were compared. Results Among the 40 MRSA strains in hospital acquired infections, 19 qacA/B gene strains （47.5%） were positive. Among the 20 MRSA strains in community acquired infections, 2 qacA/B gene strains （10.0%） were positive. There was a significant statistical difference between them （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The disinfectant resistant gene qacA/B is more epidemic in MRSA strains from hospital acquired infections than that from community acquired infections.
