| Abstract: | This article introduces the present status of researches under new situation and analyze the existing problems in the middle and minor hospitals. There are some rules for the hospitals to abide : the leading group should focus more attention on researching works; improve the conditions by any possible means ; construct a better researching setting; stress the training of medical talent and enhance the quality of researching staff; strengthen coordinating nework. |
