摘    要:目的:探讨一氧化氮合酶神经元在脑缺血早期(24h内)的变化规律。方法:NADPH-d组织化学方法。结果:各组间正常侧NOS神经元无明显变化,散在分布于皮质的Ⅱ~Ⅵ层,以Ⅳ~Ⅵ为主,尾壳核内NOS神经元数量较多,密集分布于外侧区。缺血15min和30min组,缺血中心区皮质和尾壳核NOS神经元数量减少,形态无明显变化;缺血1h和2h组,皮质和尾壳核内NOS神经元数量进一步减少,突起变短;缺血3h和6

Abstract:To study the rule of changes of NOS neurons during early stage (less than 24 h) of cerebral ischemia. Method: NADPH-d histochemical technique was used. Results: There were no noticeable changes of NOS neurons on the normal sides of the cerebral cortex in different animal groups, distributing in II - VI layers of the cortex, particularly in IV ~ VI layers, the NOS neurons in the caudate-putamen nuclei (CPu) were numerous in number, concentrating in their lateral part. In 15 min and 30 min ischemic groups, the number of NOS neurons at the ischemic core regions of the cortex and CPu were reduced. In 1 h and 2 h ischemic graups, the NOS neurons were further reduced, their processes became shorter in lenght. In 3h and 6 h ischemic groups, the NOS neurons were rare and their contours became irregular in shape, their processes were difficult to be found. In 12 h and 24 h ischemic groups, NOS neurons disappeared. Conclusion: NOS neurons in the cortex and CPu are more vulnerable to insults of cerebral ischemic.
