内窥镜鼻窦手术并发症(附25例分析)

目的：探讨内窥镜鼻窦手术并发症的发生机理及预防方法。方法：对1993年2月-2000年10月间施行的454例（610侧）手术中25例并发症进行分析。结果；大出血1例，眶内炎性肿块2例，脑脊液鼻漏1例，萎缩性鼻炎1例，鼻中隔穿孔2例，上颌窦窦口闭塞2例，眶周瘀血7例，鼻腔粘连9例。总发生率5.5%(25/454)，其中严重并发症为1.5%（7/454）,轻微并发症为4.0%(18/454）。结论：熟悉内窥镜鼻窦手术并发症的发生机理对于预防并发症的发生是重要的。

Complication of endoscopic sinus surgery: Reports of 25 cases

Objective: To study the mechanism and prevention of complications of endoscopic sinus surgery.Method: Twenty five complications among 454 cases of endoscopic sinus surgery between February 1993 and October 2000 were analyzed.Result:The types of complication included hemorrhage(n=1),inflammatory mass in orbit(n=2),CSF(n=1),atrophic rhinitis(n=1),nasal septum perfoation(n=2),antrostomy obstruction(n=2),periobital ecchymosis(n=7)and adhesion(n=9).The total incidence was 5 5%,the incidence of major complications was 1 5% and minor complications 4 0%.Conclusion: Completely knowing the mechanism of the occurrence of complication of nasal endoscopy is important to avoid the complications.
