| 摘 要： | 目的研究和评估切开复位治疗跟骨骨折及跟骨钛板在跟骨骨折治疗中的作用。方法对24例跟骨骨折患者行切开复位跟骨钛板内固定。结果24例中22例获随访8个月。所有病例均完全愈合,无1例发生钛板螺钉松动、断裂等并发症。结论新型钛板能提供有效的固定节段稳定性,是治疗跟骨骨折较好的内植物,是临床治疗跟骨骨折的好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the open reduction of calcaneus with titanium plate for calcaneal fracture.Methods 24 cases with calcaneal fracture received the treatment of open reduction of calcaneus and internal fixation with titanium plates.Results Out of the 24 cases,22 cases,followed up for 8 months,recovered completely,no looseness of titanium plate screws or plate break occurred. Conclusions The new-type titanium plate can provide reliable stability for the fixation segments and is a good internal implant for calcaneal fracture. |
