| 摘 要： | 目的观察湿润烧伤膏对烧伤残余创面的愈合作用.方法对双下肢残余创面随机观察180例应用湿润烧伤膏和180例应用创面湿敷组的愈合时间.结果在1cm-2cm残余圆形创面愈合时间组间无明显统计学差异(p＞0.05);2cm-3cm及3cm以上创面应用湿润烧伤膏组比湿敷组愈合时间明显缩短(p＜0.01).结论湿润烧伤膏能为烧伤残余创面愈合创造一个稳定的生长环境,促进创面愈合.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating residual burn wounds. Menthod: 180 patients with residual burn wounds in both lower limbs were treated with MEBO and another 180 cases of this disease were treated with conventional wet dressing method. The wound healing time of the 2 different treating methods were compared. Results: The difference of healing time of residual wounds with a diameter of 1 cm-2 cm treated with the 2 different methods has no statistical significnace (P>0 05), while the healing time of residual wounds with a diameter of 2 cm-3 cm or larger treated with the 2 methods differed greatly (P<0 01). Conclusion: MEBO provides a stable and favorable environment for granulation and promotes wounds healing. |
