| 摘 要： | 目的观察小建中汤的抗胃衰老作用。方法 45只老龄Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、小建中汤组,每组15只。除空白组外,其余各组大鼠以10%D-半乳糖腹腔注射140 mg/（kg.d）造成衰老模型;小建中汤组每日予小建中汤水煎液灌胃。8周后检测各组大鼠血清总超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性及丙二醛（MDA）含量,摘取大鼠胸腺、脾和胃称重并计算脏器指数。结果与模型组比较,小建中汤组脾、胃和胸腺的脏器指数增加,血清SOD活性升高,MDA含量降低。结论小建中汤具有抗氧化、清除自由基、修复胃黏膜损伤等作用,具有一定延缓胃衰老的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the anti-aging effect on rat stomach of Xiaojianzhong decoction.Methods Forty-five rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,Xiaojianzhong decoction group.Aging models were induced by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose 140 mg/（kg·d）to Wistar rats except for blank control group.After 8 weeks,SOD activity,MDA content in serum were detected.Spleen, stomach and thymus gland of rats were taken away and weighed,and their organ indices were calculated. Results Compared with model group,organ index of spleen,stomach and thymus gland of rats was increased,SOD activity in serum were significantly increased,MDA content in serum were significantly decreased in Xiaojianzhong decoction group.Conclusion Xiaojianzhong decoction can repair injured gastric mucosa,clean free radical,and possess good effect of antioxidation.It shows that Xiaojianzhong decoction can delay senility of stomach. |
