| 摘 要： | 目的探讨喉癌患者外周血组织蛋白酶B（Cathepsin B）、组织蛋白酶L（Cathepsin L）及内源性抑制剂（Stefin A）表达水平的变化与临床诊断和预后的关系。方法收集我院确诊的喉癌患者及正常对照者血清,酶联免疫吸附测定法（Elisa）检测60例喉癌患者及30位正常对照者血清中Cathepsin B、L及Stefin A水平。结果喉癌患者血清中CathepsinB、L水平显著高于正常对照者（P〈0.01）,二者表达水平呈显著正相关（r=0.434 1,P〈0.05）;Stefin A水平显著低于正常对照者（P〈0.01）,但与Cathepsin B、L无显著相关性。结论喉癌患者血清中存在高水平的Cathepsin B、L及低水平的Stefin A,提示检测血清中Cathepsin B、L及Stefin A含量可协助诊断及判断预后。
