社区糖尿病患者糖尿病知、信、行水平及影响因素研究

目的]了解社区糖尿病患者糖尿病知识、态度、行为的现状,分析其影响因素,为社区糖尿病综合防治工作的开展提供依据。方法]采用单纯随机抽样法抽取630名2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果]社区糖尿病患者的糖尿病知识总体知晓率为60.1%,只有30.3%的患者接受过健康教育,有80.7%的患者对待糖尿病持积极的态度,患者的健康行为执行率为74.6%。糖尿病患者的知识知晓水平与其文化程度、是否接受过健康教育有关;患者的态度与知识知晓水平密切相关;患者的健康行为又与是否接受过健康教育、知识知晓水平、积极的态度密切相关。结论]社区糖尿病患者糖尿病知识知晓率低,知识掌握不全面,应加大健康教育力度,规范教育内容,并增加糖尿病防治经费的投入,促进糖尿病患者自我管理能力的提升。

AP level of diabetes and its influence factors among community diabetics

Objective] To survey the level of the knowledge,attitude and behavior（KAP） for diabetes mellitus and its influence factors in community diabetics,and provide a theoretical basis for comprehensive control of diabetes in community. Methods] A total of 630 community diabetics chosen by simple random sampling were surveyed by questionnaire. Results] The overall awareness rate of knowledge for diabetes mellitus was only 60.1%.Only 30.3% of patients had received health education.And 80.7% of patients had a positive attitude towards diabetes mellitus.Implementation rate of health behavior of patients was 74.6%.The level of knowledge for diabetes was related to their culture and the health education they received.The attitude for diabetes was closely related to the level of knowledge.The health behavior of patients was related to the health education,knowledge level,and positive attitude for diabetes.Conclusion] The community diabetics had low level of knowledge for diabetes mellitus,and their mastery of knowledge was incomplete.We suggest that health education on diabetes mellitus should be increased,the content of education should be standardized,and the investment on it should be increased to improve the self-management capability of community diabetics.
