| 摘 要： | 目的探讨性别、年龄、肿瘤临床TNM（T肿瘤大小、N淋巴结转移、M远处转移）分期、化疗及危重病人预警蛋白质（LGT）指纹表达等与胃癌术后患者预后的关系。方法选取2008年6月-2009年6月收治的首次入院并行手术治疗的胃腺癌患者125例,选择性别、年龄、肿瘤临床TNM分期、化疗、LGT蛋白质指纹表达等指标,用单因素和多因素分析的方法研究其对患者生存的影响。结果单因素分析中肿瘤临床TNM分期、LGT丰度、峰型均为胃癌患者术后生存的影响因素。将上述诸相关参数进行COX比例风险回归模型分析,得出TNM分期、LGT蛋白质指纹丰度及峰型是影响胃癌术后患者生存的独立因素,按其影响大小依次排序为：TNM分期、LGT峰型、LGT丰度。结论肿瘤临床TNM分期、LGT峰型、LGT丰度是影响胃癌患者术后生存的独立因素。 |
