| 摘 要： | 目的：检测大肠癌组织血管内皮生长因子-D（VEGF-D）表达量和淋巴管密度（LMVD）,探讨其与临床病理参数的关系。方法：应用免疫组化SP法及5-Nase-酶组织化学技术检测50例大肠癌组织、正常肠组织中VEGF-D表达量和LMVD。结果：大肠癌组织VEGF-D表达与淋巴转移、Dukes分期有关;LMVD与VEGF-D表达、淋巴转移、癌组织分化程度有关。结论：VEGF-D过表达促进淋巴管生成,导致LMVD升高,进而促进大肠癌淋巴转移,LMVD和VEGF-D可作为大肠癌淋巴转移的预测因子。
