急诊冠状动脉旁路移植术在急性心肌梗死治疗中的临床应用

目的分析急性心肌梗死（AMI）行急诊冠状动脉旁路移植术的疗效分析。方法回顾性总结我院2004年8月-2010年6月急性心肌梗死行急诊冠状动脉旁路移植术45例（AMI组）的临床资料,另选择同期行急诊冠状动脉旁路移植术的非急性心肌梗死（non-AMI组）70例为对照组,对比两组手术的临床疗效。结果急性心肌梗死组应用主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）比例明显高于非急性心梗组（P〈0.05）,AMI组中应用体外循环的比例高于non-AMI组,但无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。术后主要并发症发生率两组间无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。AMI组较non-AMI组死亡率较高,但无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论急诊冠状动脉旁路移植术治疗急性心肌梗死可取得良好疗效。

Clinical application of emergency coronary artery bypass grafting in treatment of acute myocardial infarction
