慢性病态窦房结综合征与心阳虚血瘀病证结合模型研究

目的探讨手术方法建立病态窦房结综合征（以下简称＂病窦综合征＂）与心阳虚血瘀病证结合模型的可行性。方法采取冰敷、置于寒冷环境、皮下注射肾上腺素的方法制备非疾病阳虚血瘀证候模型;以20%甲醛注射浸润窦房结区建立慢性病窦综合征阳虚血瘀病证结合模型,观察2组兔造模前后一般情况、体温、呼吸频率、心率、心律、6 min游泳时间及速率、血液流变学（全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数）等指标,根据中医临床阳虚血瘀证的诊断标准,对2种模型的中医证候特点进行比较。结果 2组兔造模后均出现体温下降、呼吸频率增快、心率减慢、游泳距离及速率降低、全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数与正常组比较升高;且除心率、游泳距离及速率外,2组兔上述指标无明显差别。结论手术方法建立之慢性病窦综合征阳虚血瘀病证结合模型与非疾病阳虚血瘀证候模型在中医证候方面无明显差异,符合中医临床心阳虚血瘀证的诊断标准。

Establishment of Rabbit Model of Sick Sinus Syndrome Combined with Heart-yang Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective To explore the feasibility to establish a rabbit model of sick sinus syndrome combined with heart-yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(short as combined model)via surgery.
