胰腺实性假乳头状瘤102例临床特点与治疗分析

目的探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的临床特点与治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2001年10月-2010年6月诊治的102例胰腺实性假乳头状瘤病例的临床资料。结果 102例中女性89例,男性13例,年龄9-71岁,平均29.27岁;肿瘤位于胰头34例,胰颈部19例,胰体尾部49例;99例行手术治疗,其中29例行单纯胰腺肿瘤切除,15例行胰十二指肠切除,11例行胰腺肿物切除加胰肠吻合,26例行胰腺体尾切除,16例行胰腺体尾切除加脾切除,1例行胰十二指肠切除加肝转移癌切除,1例仅剖腹探查;1例行放化疗,2例未经治疗。随访89例,平均随访26.98个月,1例复发转移死亡,1例未行手术治疗的患者病情较前进展,其余均未发现肿瘤复发转移。结论胰腺实性假乳头状瘤好发于年轻女性,具有恶性潜能,其临床表现、影像学、实验室检查缺乏特异性,病理诊断可确诊。手术切除是首选治疗方法,预后好。

Clinical characteristics of solid pseudopapillary tumor pancreas and its treatment:Analysis of 102 cases
