| 摘 要： | 目的建立金玄痔科熏洗散抗炎有效部位中木犀草素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱-紫外检测法（HPLC-UV）,色谱柱为Venusil XBP C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸水（60∶40）为流动相进行等度洗脱,流速0.8 mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长350 nm。结果木犀草素的进样量在0.02～0.23μg范围线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,平均加样回收率为99.3%（RSD=0.71%）。结论本方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,为更好控制金玄痔科熏洗散抗炎有效部位的质量提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determination of Luteolin in the anti-inflammatory effective substance parts of Jinxuan Zhike Xunxisan.Method HPLC-UV method was performed on a Venusil XBP C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）with methanol-0.4%phosphoric acid（60∶40）as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min,and at the column temperature of 35℃.The detection wavelength was at 350 nm.Result The linear range was obtained between 0.02 and 0.23μg（r=0.999 9）, and the average recovery was 99.3%with relative standard deviation（RSD）of 0.71%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate,with good reappearance,and provides the basis for controlling the quality of the anti-inflammatory effective parts of Jinxuan Zhike Xunxisan. |
