反相高效液相色谱法测定复方烧烫伤搽剂中黄芩苷和白藜芦醇苷的含量

目的建立同时测定复方烧烫伤搽剂中黄芩苷和白藜芦醇苷含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil ODS色谱柱（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相：乙腈（A）和0.05%磷酸水溶液（B）,梯度洗脱;流速：1.0 mL/min;检测波长：306 nm;柱温：30℃。结果黄芩苷的线性范围为0.107～0.856μg（r=0.999 6）,平均回收率为100.6%,RSD=1.16%;白藜芦醇苷的线性范围为0.193～1.544μg（r=0.999 8）,平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=1.27%。结论本方法操作简便,测定结果准确可靠,可用于复方烧烫伤搽剂的质量控制。

Simultaneous Determination of Baicalin and Polydatin in Compound Burn Wound-Curing Liniment by RP-HPLC

Objective To develop a quantitative method to determining baicalin and polydatin simultaneously in compound Burn Wound-Curing liniment by RP-HPLC.Methods The seperation was performed on a column Diamonsil ODS（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile（A）and 0.05%H3PO4（B）with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with the wavelength at 310 nm.The temperature was 30℃.Results For baicalin,the calibration curve was linear（r=0.999 6）in the range of 0.107～0.856μg,the average recovery was 100.6%（RSD=1.16%）.For polydatin,the calibration curve was linear（r=0.999 8）in the range of 0.193～1.544μg,the average recovery was 100.1%（RSD=1.27%）.Conclusion The method was sensitive,accurate and can be used in the quality control of compound Burn Wound-Curing liniment.
