| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人骨密度与冠心病危险因素的相关性。方法顺序选取于2008年10月-2010年10月我科门诊及住院的老年患者320例,分为骨质疏松组和无骨质疏松组,记录其存在的心血管病危险因素,并采用多因素Logistic回归分析骨质疏松与冠心病危险因素的相关性。结果骨质疏松组中女性、吸烟、高脂血症、糖尿病、冠心病者的比例明显较高,与无骨质疏松组比较差别有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。多因素logistic回归分析显示,女性,糖尿病,高脂血症是老年人骨质疏松的主要危险因素。结论老年人骨质疏松是一个全身性疾病,与高脂血症等心血管疾病的危险因素密切相关,治疗时应采取系统全身性措施。
