布地奈德混悬液联合异丙托溴铵雾化治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效研究

目的：探讨布地奈德混悬液联合异丙托溴铵雾化治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2011-2013年本院收治的小儿支气管肺炎98例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各49例，对照组予以常规抗感染治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上予以布地奈德混悬液联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入，比较两组疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.92%，高于对照组的85.71%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组的止咳时间、气喘缓解时间、肺部啰音消失时间及胸 X 线片阴影消失时间均较对照组缩短，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论布地奈德混悬液联合异丙托溴铵雾化治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效显著，并可缩短疗程，无明显不良反应。

Curative Effect of Budesonide SusPension Combined with IPratroPium Bromide Nebulizer Treating Children with Bron-chial Pneumonia

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of budesonide suspension combined with ipratropium bromide nebulizer in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 98 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia in our hospital from 2011 to 2013,which were randomly divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional anti - infection treatment,observation group was given budesonide suspension combined with ipratropium bromide nebulizer on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Re-sults The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 92% ,which was higher than 85. 71% of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）;The cough time,asthma relief time,pulmonary rales disappeared time and chest X - ray shadow disappear time of observation group were shorter than control group,the differences were statistically signif-icant（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Budesonide suspension combined with ipratropium bromide nebulizer in the treatment of chil-dren with bronchial pneumonia has significant effect,and can shorten course of treatment,has no significant adverse reactions.
