硝苯地平控释片对老年原发性高血压患者血压变异性及血清胱抑素C水平的影响

目的：观察硝苯地平控释片（拜新同）对老年原发性高血压患者血压变异性（ BPV）及血清胱抑素C （ Cys-C）水平的影响。方法选取医院老年原发性高压患者62例，随机分为对照组30例及治疗组32例，治疗组予硝苯地平控释片治疗；对照组给予安慰剂作为对照。用药后第2周末做动态血压监测及检测血清胱抑素C的含量，观察BPV及其对早期肾功能的影响。结果治疗组的收缩压变异性和舒张压变异性均较对照组有明显下降，血清Cys-C含量明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。24h血压变异性与血清Cys-C含量呈显著正相关，血压变异性与高血压性肾脏损害密切相关。结论硝苯地平控释片可有效降低老年原发性高血压患者的血压变异性，同时降低血清Cys-C水平，对肾脏具有一定的保护作用。

Effects of nifedipine controlled release tablet on blood pressure variability and the serum levels of Cys-C of eldly pa-tients with primary hypertension

Objective To observe the effects of nifedipine controlled release tablet on blood pressure variability （ BPV）and the serum levels of Cys-C of eldly patients with primary hypertension. Methods 62 cases of eldly patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into control group（30 cases）and treatment group（32 cases）. The treatment group was given nifedipine controlled release tablet for treatment,while the control group was given placebo. After two weeks, the BPV was measured by blood pressure monitoring,and the serum levels of Cys-C were examined. Observe the BPV and its influence on the early renal function. Results Compared with control group,the blood variability of systolic and diastolic blood pressure was decreased significantly in treatment group,and the serum levels of Cys-C was decreased,the differences were statistically significant（P＆lt;0. 05）. The indexe of BPV was significant positive correlation with the levels of Cys C. The Blood pressure variability of hypertensive patients was correlated to early hypertensive renal damage. Conclusion Nifedipine controlled release tablet can decrease the variability of blood pressure of eldly patients with primary hypertension,and also the levels of Cys-C,which may have a protective effect on kidney.
