丹红注射液联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病的疗效观察

目的：观察丹红注射液联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取冠心病患者60例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例，对照组予注射用单硝酸异山梨酯进行治疗；治疗组在对照组基础上，予丹红注射液治疗。用药14d 后比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0％明显高于对照组的73.3％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；2组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论采用丹红注射液联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病，疗效显著，不良反应少，安全性高，优于单一用药，值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of Danhong injection combined with isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of coronary heart dis-ease

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection combined with isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods 60 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were selected as research subjects,which were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each of 30 cases. The control group was given isosorbide mononitrate for treatment,while the treatment group was given Danhong injection based on the control group. The clinical effect of 2 groups was compared after 14 days. Results The total effective rate（90. 0%）of the treatment group was significantly higher than 73. 3% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0. 05）,and there were no obvious adverse reactions of 2 groups. Conclusion The effect of Danhong injection combined with isosorbide mononitrate is significant in the treatment of coronary artery disease,with fewer adverse reactions,which is better than a single drug and wor-thy of clinical application.
