老年高血压病患者晨峰血压与动脉粥样硬化炎症因子相关性分析

摘    要:目的:探讨晨峰血压(MBPS)与动脉粥样硬化相关炎症因子的相关性。方法将116例老年高血压病患者分为 MBPS 正常组(n =56)和 MBPS 异常组(n =60),测定患者动态血压及血浆动脉粥样硬化炎症因子水平,之后分析晨峰血压水平与各炎症因子之间的相关性。结果老年高血压病患者 MBPS 除与 BMI、TC、TG 、HDL-C 等心血管危险因素相关外,MBPS 与血清 hs-CRP、TNF-α、MCP-1、MIF 水平呈正相关。结论晨峰血压除与年龄、BMI、TC、TG、HDL-C 等传统危险因素相关外,与血浆 hs-CRP、TNF-α、MCP-1、MIF 等动脉粥样硬化炎症因子也具有明显相关性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate into the correlation between morning blood pressure peak(MBPS)and athero-sclerosis related inflammatory factors in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 116 cases of elderly hypertension were divided into MBPS normal group(n = 56)and MBPS abnormal group(n = 60),measuring blood pressure variability and ath-erosclerosis related inflammatory factors in patients respectively. Then making an analysis of the relationship between morning blood pressure peak and atherosclerosis related inflammatory factors. Results In addition to age,BMI,TC,TG,HDL-C,MBPS was positively correlated with hs CRP、-TNF-α、MCP-1、MIF. Conclusion For elderly hypertensive patients,besides age, BMI,TC,TG,HDL-C,MBPS was positively correlated with atherosclerosis related inflammatory factors such as hs CRP、-TNF-α、MCP-1、MIF.
