宜都市药品不良反应224例报告分析

目的：了解药品不良反应发生的相关因素及临床表现，预防不良反应的发生，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对宜都市3年来上报至国家药品不良反应监测网的224例 ADR 报告，对患者的年龄，给药途径，药物种类，ADR 累及器官或系统及临床表现等进行分析。结果 ADR 报告中，以≥3种药物联合使用发生 ADR 的比例最高，占60.3％；静脉滴注最易导致 ADR，占总例数85.3％；抗感染药的 ADR 居首位，占43.8％；临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害为主，占41.5％。结论药品的不良反应与多种因素有关，应重视患者过敏史，合理使用抗菌药物和注射剂，提高合理用药水平，减少 ADR 发生，确保患者用药安全。

Analysis of 224 case of ADRs in the city of yidu

Objective To analyze the occurrence,characteristics and related factors of adverse drug reactions so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods 224 case of ADRs in the city of yidu from 2010 to 2012 were col-lected and anaylzed according to the patients′ age,administration,the involved organs or systems of ADR,ADR clinical symp-tom. Results Among the ADR case,it has the highest proportion of ADR in≥3 drug combination（85. 3% ）,the overwhelm-ing majority of ADR were induced by intravenous drug（85. 3% ）,and antimicrobial drugs were the most commonly drugs in the ADRs（43. 8% ）,skin and its accessory damage were the most common clinical manifestations. Conclusion The occur-rence of ADRs is related to multiple factors,antimicrobial drugs and intravenous administration should be monitored to reduce the occurrence of ADR and ensure the safety of patients .
