安诺治疗仪联合腺苷钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

目的：观察安诺治疗仪联合腺苷钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将90例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组给予安诺治疗仪联合腺苷钴胺治疗，对照组单用腺苷钴胺治疗。2组疗程均为14d，比较治疗后2组临床疗效和周围神经传导速度的变化。结果治疗2周后，治疗组总有效率为88．9％明显高于对照组的57．8％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。2组治疗前尺神经、腓神经的运动传导速度（MNCV）、感觉传导速度（SNCV）比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；治疗后2组MNCV、SNCV均高于治疗前，且治疗组高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论安诺治疗仪联合腺苷钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效肯定，值得临床推广应用。

The clinical efficacy observation of Anodyne treatment instrument combined with cobamamide in diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Anodyne treatment instrument combined with cobamamide in diabetic peripheral neuropathy .Methods 90 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treat -ment group and and control groups ,each of 45 cases.Treatment group was treated by Anodyne treatment instrument combined with cobamamide,the control groups was treated by cobamamide along .After treatment,compared the clinical efficacy ,Nerve preacher speed,and the adverse reactions of 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group （88.9%）was higher than that of control group （57.8%）,the difference was statistically significant （〈0.05）.Before treatment,the motor conduc-tion velocity（MNCV）and sensory conduction velocity（SNCV）of ulnar nerve in 2 groups was no statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Before treatment,the MNCV and SNCV and of peroneal nerve in 2 groups was no statistically significant （P〉0.05）. After treatment,the MNCV,SNCV of ulnar nerve and peroneal nerve was higher than that before treatment ,and the MNCV, SNCV of ulnar nerve and peroneal nerve of treatmented group was higher than that of control group ,the difference was statisti-cally significant（〈0.05）.Conclusion Anodyne treatment instrument combined with cobamamide in diabetic peripheral neuropathy has an good efficacy ,worthy of clinical application .
