奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果观察

目的：探讨奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法选取2011年9月-2013年9月收治的58例反流性食管炎患者，将患者随机分为对照组及观察组，各29例。对照组患者给予奥美拉唑治疗，观察组患者给予奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者总有效率为96.55%（28/29），高于对照组患者的68.97%（20/29），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论反流性食管炎患者应用奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗能够改善患者的临床症状，且不良反应少。

Clinical Effect of OmePrazole Combined with MosaPride in the Treatment of Reflux EsoPhagitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Omeprazole combined with Mosapride in the treatment of re-flux esophagitis. Methods 58 cases of reflux esophagitis who were admitted to our hospital from Sep. 2011 to Sep. 2013, were randomly divided into control group and observation group randomly,29 cases of each group. Control group was treated with Omeprazole,observation group was treated with Omeprazole and Mosapride,treatment effect was compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96. 55% （28 / 29）,which was higher than 68. 97% （20 /29）of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. The adverse reaction of two groups were not signifi-cantly different（P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Omeprazole and Mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and less adverse reaction.
