米非司酮配伍米索前列醇与利凡诺用于中期妊娠引产的效果比较

目的：对米非司酮配伍米索前列醇与利凡诺用于中期妊娠引产的效果进行比较和分析。方法选取2011年11月-2013年11月在本院进行引产的中期妊娠孕妇86例，随机分为对照组和观察组各43例，对照组给予利凡诺羊膜腔内注射引产，观察组给予米非司酮和米索前列醇口服引产，比较引产成功率、用药至宫缩时间、用药至胎儿娩出的时间以及宫颈成熟度（Bishop）评分。结果观察组的引产有效率为100.0%，高于对照组90.7%；差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组孕妇的宫颈 Bishop 评分均有升高，但观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）；两组孕妇出血量比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇引产应用于中期妊娠引产中具有引产率高、不良反应小、宫颈 Bishop 评分高、减少清宫率等方面的优势，具有良好的效果。

Effective ComParison of MifePristone Combined with MisoProstol and Rivanol in OdinoPoeia of Mid - Pregnancy

Objective Effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol and rivanol in odinopoeia of mid - pregnancy were compared and analyzed. Methods 86 cases of mid - pregnancy in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2013, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group,control group was given intra amniotic injection of rivanol odinopoeia,observation group was given mifepristone combined with misoprostol oral induction,the success rate of odinopoeia,medication to the contraction time,medication to fetuses discharging time and the cervical Bishop score were compared. Results The effective rate of odinopoeia in observation group was 100. 0% ,which was higher than 90. 7% of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）;Cervical Bishop score of two groups increased, but observation group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）;There was no statis-tically significant difference in the bleeding volume between the two groups（P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol in odinopoeia of mid - pregnancy has higher induced labor rate,less adverse reaction,higher cervical Bishop score,reducing the rate of curettage and other advantages,has good effect.
