| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胆道出血外科治疗疗效。方法通过对该院2008-2010年收治的16例胆道出血患者进行临床治疗,回顾性分析临床资料并总结分析。结果4例非手术治疗患者全部痊愈,12例手术治疗患者中死亡1例,其中死亡患者为晚期肝脏肿瘤以及胆道出血,术后出血停止,但出现了肝功能衰竭而导致死亡。结论应根据胆道出血的具体的原因及出血位置进行相应的临床治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the clinical effect of surgery therapy in hemobilia .Methods Retrospective analy-sis the clinical data of hemobilia from 2008 to 2010 in our hospital .Results 4 cases of non-surgical treatment were cured .one patients of surgical treatment died of liver tumor ,hemobilia and liver function failure .Conclusion The treatment of hemobilia should according to the specific cause and location . |
