子宫瘢痕妊娠患者在人工流产术中大出血的临床研究

目的：探究子宫瘢痕妊娠患者人工流产术中发生大出血的治疗措施。方法选择2011-2013年本院收治的60例人工流产术中发生大出血的子宫瘢痕妊娠患者，按照抢救方法分为 A 组32例和 B 组28例，A 组患者给予局部注射垂体后叶素止血，B 组患者给予局部注射催产素止血，比较两组止血时间、出血量以及术后恢复情况。结果 A 组患者出血停止时间及继续出血量均低于 B 组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；A 组出血后血红蛋白高于 B组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。A 组患者术后抗生素应用时间、住院时间及阴道流血停止时间均短于 B 组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论与传统的注射催产素止血相比，对子宫瘢痕妊娠患者人工流产术中大出血时局部注射垂体后叶素能有效止血，值得推广使用。

Clinical Research on the Bleeding in Patients with Uterine Scar Pregnancy in Induced Abortion

Objective To investigate clinical treatment of bleeding in patients with uterine scar pregnancy in induced abortion. Methods 60 patients with uterine scar pregnancy in induced abortion were admitted to our hospital from 2011 to 2013. According to the therapeutic method,patients were divided into group A（n = 32）and group B（n = 28）,group A was given local injection of vasopressin for bleeding,group B was treated with local intramuscular injection of oxytocin for bleeding. Bleeding time,blood loss and postoperative recovery of two groups were compared. Results The stop bleeding time and contin-ued bleeding of group A were lower than those of group B,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. The hemo-globin level of group A was higher than that of B group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. Postoperative antibiotics time,length of hospital stay and vaginal stop bleeding time of group A were shorter than those of group B,the differ-ences were statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with traditional intramuscular injection of oxytocin for bleeding,local intramuscular injection of vasopressin for bleeding of patients with uterine scar pregnancy in induced abortion, can effectively stop bleeding.
