米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨米非司酮在异位妊娠治疗中的应用效果。方法选取本院2011年9月-2013年9月收治的异位妊娠患者50例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予甲氨蝶呤肌肉注射，观察组在此基础上给予米非司酮口服，比较两组患者临床治疗效果及治疗过程中不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为84.0%，高于对照组的72.0%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；两组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论在甲氨蝶呤基础上应用米非司酮治疗异位妊娠，可明显提高疗效，且较为安全。

The Clinical Curative Effect of MifePristone in the Treatment of EctoPic Pregnancy

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 50 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2013,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group was treated with methotrexate intramuscular injection, observation group was treated with mifepristone orally on the basis of control group treatment,the total effective rate and adverse reactions rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 84. 0% ,which was higher than 72. 0% of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）;There was no statistically signifi-cant difference in adverse reaction rate between control group and observation group（P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The application of mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy with methotrexate basis,can significantly improve the curative effect,and more secure.
