护理管理中风险管理的应用效果评价

目的：观察护理管理中风险管理的应用效果。方法将80例妇产科患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组实施护理风险管理，对照组未实施护理风险管理。采用问卷调查的方式，比较2组护理效果。结果观察组实施风险管理后，患者对护理人员的管理工作及健康宣教、工作态度、防范风险意识的评估均高于对照组，患者对于护理的满意度为97．5％高于对照组的77．5％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论在医院的护理管理中实施风险管理，不仅可提高护理人员对风险的防范意识，还能提高护理质量，从而增加患者的满意度，值得临床推广应用。

The application effect observation of risk management in nursing management

Objective To observe the applied efficacy of risk management of nursing management .Methods 80 ca-ses patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,each of 40cases.Observation group adopted risk management.After treatment.compared the care effect of 2 groups.Results The management ,health promotion,attitude and risk prevention awareness of observation group was higher than that of control group , the nursing satisfaction of risk group （97.5%）was higher than that of control group （77.5%）,the difference was statistically significant （〈0.05）.Conclusion Implementing risk management in hospital nursing management ,not only can improve the awareness of nursing staff for risk ,but also can improve the care effect ,worthy of clinical application .
