摘    要:目的 探讨装潢聚氨酯漆挥发物对小鼠脂质过氧化反应的影响。方法 将某聚氨酯漆分别以96cm^2(低剂量组)和160cm^2(高剂量组)均匀涂抹于普通木板供染毒用,静式吸入染毒,每日涂1次,每日吸入染毒2h,连续4周后,测定雌性昆明小鼠外周血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及谷胱甘肽(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 低剂量组GSH-Px活性、高剂量组GSH含量和GSH-Px活性均显著高于对照组,SOD活性MDA含量无显著变化。结论 聚氨酯漆挥发物能使小鼠抗氧化反应增强。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of volatile mixtures of polyurethane paint for decorative use on lipid peroxidation in mice Methods Two pieces of normal board painted uniformly by a certain kind of polyurethane paint for decorative use with an area of 96 cm 2 and 160 cm 2 for one time per day were used as the hazardous gas emission sources in experimental cabinets for low and high dose groups respectively After a 4 week continuous and static inhalation expoure for 2h per day to volatile mixture from polyurethant paint on board,the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px),the levels of glutathione (GSH) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in peripheral blood of female Kunming mice were determined Results The activities of GSH Px in low dose group,the activities of GSH Px and levels of GSH in high dose group were significantly higher than those in control group No significant variations were observed in the activities of SOD and the levels of MDA Conclusion The volatile mixtures of polyurethane paint could result in the increase of anti oxidation
