| 摘 要： | 目的建立硬肿软膏薄层色谱和气相色谱鉴别方法.方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别三七、当归药材,采用气相色谱法鉴别丁香.结果运用气相色谱法能够鉴别其君药成分,薄层色谱法斑点清晰.结论薄层色谱和气相色谱对硬肿软膏进行质量鉴别,方法可行.
