布地奈德与硫酸特布他林氧气雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘

目的观察布地奈德与硫酸特布他林氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的疗效和安全性。方法将96例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例,两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上,应用氧气驱动布地奈德与硫酸特布他林雾化吸入治疗。结果治疗组的显效率为64.6%,对照组为37.5%,两者比较,差异有极显著性（P〈0.01）。治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.8%和81.3%,两者比较差异也有显著性（P〈0.05）。治疗组的住院天数为（4.57±1.26）d,明显短于对照组的（6.81±1.63）d（P〈0.01）。治疗组未见明显不良反应。结论布地奈德与硫酸特布他林氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘是一种安全、快捷、高效的方法。

Clinical observation on combined budesonide and terbutaline sulphate oxygen-driven method inhalation in treating children asthma

Objective To investigate the effect of combined budesonide and terbutsline sulphateoxygen-driven method inhalation in treating children asthma and its safety. Methods Ninety-six children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group（n=48） and control group（n=48）. Two groups was given routine complex therapy, moreover, the treatment group was treated with budesohide and terbutaline sulphate oxygen-driven method inhalation. Results The improving rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （64.6% vs 37.5%, P〈0.01）. The total effectiveness rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group too（95.8% vs 81.3%, P〈0.05）. The hospitalize time of treatment group [（4.57± 1.26）d] was shorter than control group [（5.81 ± 1.53ki] （P〈0.01）. The treatment group had few side effects occurred, aonclusion Combined budesonide and terbutaline sulphate oxygen-driven method inhalation is safe, quick and effective in treatment of children＇s bronchial asthma.
