脱抗原胎牛骨治疗犬股骨头坏死骨缺损的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究脱抗原胎牛松质骨(AECB)治疗犬股骨头坏死骨缺损的治疗效果。方法选择成年杂交犬5只,在股骨头后外侧近头颈交界处造骨缺损模型。将AECB修剪后填充入一侧缺损区内;另一侧不填充材料。术后12周取材,染色观察。结果AECB侧:交界区可见相对成熟的骨组织,周围可有编织骨形成,可见髓腔形成。对照侧:缺损区与周围组织分界清楚,缺损区周边成骨明显,缺损区内为纤维肉芽组织。材料区周围及内部可见有多量软骨带形成,其中有较多钙化的骨组织。对照侧缺损区内只有少量软骨带形成,未见软骨或新骨形成。材料周围及内部可见多量Ⅰ型胶原及少量Ⅲ型胶原。对照侧缺损区内未见Ⅰ型胶原及Ⅲ型胶原。结论AECB具有较好的组织相容性,可能是治疗股骨头坏死的合适材料。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of antigen-extracted cancellous bone in treatment of bone defect of dog femoral head.Methods Five hybrid adult dogs were selected to construct the bone defect model behind the femoral head lateral and near the head and neck junction.The trimmed AECB were filled into one side of the defected region and there was no material filled on the other side.After 12 weeks,the material was select to observe effects after dyeing.Results On AECB side,the mature bone tissue can be seen at the junction area,the woven bone has formed surrounding,and the form of medullary cavity can be seen.On the control side,the defected region and surrounding tissue was seen with clear boundary,bone formation was seen obviously around the defected region,the fiber granulation tissue was seen in the defected region.Much cartilage formation was seen around or interior of the material region with more bone tissue calcification.But only a small amount of cartilage formation was seen on the control side of the defected region with no cartilage or bone formation.Much collagenⅠ and less collagen Ⅲ were seen around or in the material,but there was no collagenⅠor Ⅲ in the control side of the defected region.Conclusion AECB has good histocompatibility,and may be an ideal material for treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head.
