颈交感神经切断对光化学法诱导大鼠脑梗死体积的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨颈交感神经切断对缺血大鼠脑梗死体积的影响。方法 SD大鼠 36只 ,随机分为 3组 (每组 12只 ) :A组切断颈交感神经 ;B组为假手术组 ;C组为单纯缺血组。颈交感神经切断后 48h ,采用光化学法制作脑缺血模型 ,大鼠缺血后 48h断头处死 ,进行脑梗死体积测定。结果 A、B、C 3组梗死体积 (mm3 )分别为 17 97± 6 86、2 2 77± 4 2 1、2 3 17± 3 87。A组梗死体积比B组及C组小 ,差异有显著性意义。B组与C组比较 ,差异无显著性意义。结论 支配脑血管的交感神经切断可能通过扩张血管、改善侧支循环而对缺血脑组织起到保护作用。

Abstract:s:Objective To investigate the effect of cervical sympathectomy on the infarct volume during cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods Thirty-six healthy male SD rats were randomized into 3 groups (each group n= 12):group A underwent cervical sympathectomy;group B was sham operation control;group C was ischemic control.Two days after cervical sympathectomy,cerebral ischemic model was made with photochemical method.Forty-eight hours after cerebral ischemia,the rats were sacrificed.Infarct volume was measured using 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining.Results The infarct volume (mm 3)of groups A,B,C was 17 97±6 86,22 77±4 21,23 17±3 87, respectively.The infarct volume of group A was smaller than that of groups B and C (P<0 05).Conclusion Cutting the sympathetic nerves innervating the cerebral artery may have protective effect on ischemic brain tissue by dilating cerebral vessels and improving collateral circulation.
