摘    要:[摘要] MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类真核生物内源性非编码单链RNA,通常为18-22nt长,以完全或非完全互补的方式与其靶mRNA相结合,调节mRNA的表达,从而影响其生物学特征。其作用机制已成为生物医学的主要研究领域,对不同病理类型的检测和治疗具有重要意义。miRNAs在血管系统中含量丰富,尤其是miRNA-21在干细胞血管向分化过程中发挥重要的调控作用,可能是血管系统疾病的重要介质。为此该文就miRNA-21对干细胞血管向分化的影响及机制作一综述。

Abstract:MicroRNAs(miRNAs), usually 18-22 nt in length, are endogenous non-coding single-stranded RNAs in eukaryotic organisms, which are combined with their target mRNAs in complete or incomplete complementary ways and affect their biological characteristics by negatively regulating the expression of mRNAs. The mechanism of miRNAs has become the main research field of biomedicine, which plays a major role in detection and treatment of different pathological types. miRNAs are abundant in the vascular system, especially, miRNA-21 plays an important role in regulating angiogenesis differentiation of stem cells and may be the important mediator in diseases of vascular system. In this paper, the effect and mechanism of miRNA-21 in promoting angiogenesis differentiation of stem cells was overviewed.
