1例根管治疗过程中异物误吞病例报告

根管治疗是治疗牙髓炎和根尖周炎的有效的方法，但所需器械种类繁多，步骤复杂操作时间长，治疗过程中时常会发生异物的误吞误吸。在根管治疗期间，本病例患者意外误吞了根管锉，经过拍摄CT和一系列腹部X光片，有效定位器械位置并指导临床医生及时采取有效的措施来预防严重的并发症。

Accidental ingestion of an endodontic file in dental practice of root canal treatment:A case report

Root canal treatment is an effective method for the treatment of pulpitis and apical periodontitis. However, the process of root canal treatment is complicated, time-consuming, and requires variety of instruments. While, ingestion and aspiration of foreign bodies often occur during the treatment. This case mainly discussed the accidental swallowing of the instrument during the process of the root canal treatment. During this process, CT and an array of abdominal radiographs were taken, which can reveal the location of the file and assist clinicians in taking effective measures to prevent serious complications.
