两种药物湿敷治疗化疗药物外渗的效果观察

目的:探讨中药对肿瘤化疗药物外渗致组织损伤的治疗效果。方法:将65例上肢浅静脉化疗发生渗漏患者随机分为实验组33例和对照组32例,对照组用2%利多卡因5ml加地塞米松5mg在距离肿胀1cm处局部环形封闭,然后用50%硫酸镁湿敷。实验组封闭方法同对照组,然后用南天仙子湿敷药物渗漏部位,对比两组疗效。结果:实验组治疗1,3,5d后效率均高于对照组(P0.01,P0.05),差异有显著性。结论:南天仙子湿敷化疗药物渗漏疗效优于硫酸镁湿敷。

Observation the effect of two different drugs hydropathic therapy
