黄芪注射液联合通心络胶囊治疗急性脑梗死64例疗效观察

目的观察黄芪注射液联合通心络胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法128例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，各64例，治疗组在对照组基础上予黄芪注射液40ml静脉滴注、每日1次，通心络胶囊4粒、每日3次，4周后观察疗效。结果治疗纽治愈18例，显效28例，有效15例，总有效率95．3％；对照组治愈8例，显效18例，有效23例，总有效率76．6％。两组疗效比较，治疗组疗效显著优于对照组。治疗组治疗后血液流变学指标较治疗前和对照组治疗后有明显改善．血脂指标（总胆固醇、甘油三酯）较治疗前也有明显下降。结论黄芪注射液联合通心络胶囊治疗脑梗死疗效确切，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。

Therapeutic Effect of Astragalus Root, Tongxinluo Capsules on 64 Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with astragalus root joint Tongxinluo capsule. Methods 128 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 64 patients in two groups, the treatment group on the basis of the control group, intravenous astragalus root 40 ml one time per day, Tongxinluo capsules 4 tablets orally, 3 times a day, 4 weeks after the observation of curative effect. Results The treatment group cured 18 cases, remark- able progress in 28 cases, progress in 15 cases, the total effective rate 95.3%; the control group, 8 cases cured, remarkable progress in 18 cases, progress in 23 cases, the total effective rate 76.6%. Compared to treatment group, the therapeutic effect was significantly superior to the control group. After treatment, blood rheology compared with the control group before treatment and after treatment significantly improved, serum lipids （total cholesterol, triglycerides） than before treatment also decreased significantly. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the treatment of astragalus root joint Tongxinluo capsule with acute cerebral infarction was safe, reliable, worthy to be popularized.
