69例烤瓷冠不同颈缘位置对牙周健康的对比观察

目的：探讨金属烤瓷冠颈缘的不同位置对基牙牙周组织的影响。方法：收集金属烤瓷单冠修复的后牙（包括磨牙和前磨牙）患者50例,69个牙齿,按全冠颈缘位置分为龈上组34例和龈下组35例,修复后1年检查各基牙的牙龈指数,并对发生牙龈炎症的基牙的可能因素进行统计分析。结果：龈下组基牙的牙龈指数高于龈上组（P〈0.05）,龈下组中发生龈炎有20个牙（发病率57%）,是龈上组的10倍（2个牙）。结论：后牙烤瓷全冠修复颈缘位于龈上更有利于基牙的牙周健康。

Comparative effect observation on different cervical margin positions restoration to periodontal health of 69 cases of porcelain-fused-to-metal crown

Objective：To explore the effects on different cervical margin positions restoration to periodontal health of porcelain-fused-to-metal crown.Method：69 teeth（including molar and premolars）of 50 patients with porcelain-fused-tometal（PFM）crown after restoration were selected and divided into gingiva up group（34 cases）and gingiva down group（35 cases）according to different cervical margin positions.The statistical analysis was conducted a year after restoration to evaluate the possible gingivitis factors of butment,and gingival indexes were also examined.Result：The gingival index of gingiva down group was higher than that of gingiva up group（P〈0.05）.20 teeth of the gingiva down group were found to have gingivitis（disease rate 57 %）,which was 10 times of those of the gingiva up group（only 2 teeth）.Conclusion：It suggested that the upper gingiva restoration position of PFM crown should be more effective to the periodontal health of butment.
