| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨股骨髁支持钢板治疗股骨髁部骨折的临床效果.方法:回顾性分析我院近年来收治的46例股骨髁部骨折患者的临床资料.结果:46例股骨髁部骨折患者,随访时间为3个月～2年5个月,平均15个月.按膝关节功能Merchan评定标准,优14例,良24例,可6例,差2例,优良率为82.61%.结论:股骨髁支持钢板治疗股骨髁部骨折疗效确切,经早期主动进行功能锻炼,不仅可以防止关节内粘连,还可以最大限度地恢复膝关节功能,值得临床推广使用.

| Abstract: | To investigate the support plate for the treatment of femoral condyle fracture of the femoral condyle clinical results.Methods:Retrospective analysis of hospital in recent years I have treated 46 cases of femur fractures in patients with clinical data.Results:46 cases of femur fracture patients, follow-up time was 3 months to 2 years and 5 months, with an average of 15 months.Assessment of knee joint function by standard Merchan, 14 cases of excellent, good in 24 patients, six cases may be poor in 2 cases, ... |
