CT扫描在喉及下咽癌术后评价中的应用价值

目的探讨CT扫描在评价喉及下咽癌术后状况中的应用价值。材料与方法回顾性分析了45例（术后1～120月共作了69次CT扫描）经喉镜、活检或手术病理证实的喉及下咽癌术后正常和异常的CT表现。结果10例患者呈喉及下咽癌术后正常改变，8例水肿或瘢痕形成，2例术后滞溜囊肿。25例有术后肿瘤复发或/和转移，包括局部肿瘤复发18例、颈部淋巴结转移13例及远处转移2例。结论CT扫描能很好地显示喉及下咽癌术后的正常和异常改变，判断有无肿瘤复发及其侵犯范围，为临床治疗提供重要的帮助。

The postoperative condition of laryngeal and hypopharyngeal carcinoma: the value of CT study

Purpose To evaluate the value of CT in the postoperative condition of the laryngeal and hypopharyngeal carcinoma. Materials and methods The CT features of the normal and abnormal postoperative condition of the laryngeal and hypopharyngeal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively in 45 cases (69 CT scans during postoperative 1~120 months) confirmed by laryngoscopy, biopsy or surgery. Results 10 cases showed normal postoperative changes of the laryngeal and hypopharyngeal carcinoma, 8 cases demonstrated edema or scar tissue, and 2 had postoperative retention cysts. 25 patients showed tumor recurrence or/and metastases, including local tumor recurrences 18 cases, cervical lymph node metastases 13 cases and distant metastases 2 cases. Conclusion CT scan can clearly display the normal and abnormal postoperative condition of the laryngeal and hypopharyngeal carcinoma, detect the tumor recurrence and the extent of tumor, and is played an important role in the clinical management for the postoperative condition of laryngeal and hypopharyngeal carcinoma.
