吡格列酮对胰岛素抵抗细胞糖代谢糖异生的影响

摘    要:目的:研究吡格列酮对胰岛素抵抗细胞糖代谢糖异生的影响。方法:采用地塞米松诱导3T3-L1脂肪细胞复制胰岛素抵抗模型,观察吡格列酮对胰岛素抵抗细胞葡萄糖消耗、糖异生的影响。结果:吡格列酮能显著增加胰岛素抵抗细胞的葡萄糖消耗,并且与胰岛素有协同抑制胰岛素抵抗3T3-L1脂肪细胞糖并生的作用。结论:吡格列酮可通过抑制糖异生途径改善胰岛素抵抗细胞的糖代谢。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of Pioglitazone on glymetabolism and glyconeogenesis with insulin resistance ceils. Methods: To observe the impact of Pioglitazone on glymetabolism and glyeoneogenesis with insulin-resistant 3T3-L1 adipoeytes cell model. Results: Pioglitazone significantly increased the consumption of glucose in insulin resistance cells, and the repression of glyconeogenesis by Pioglitazone in 3T3-L1 adipoeytes cell can supported by the addition of insulin. Conclusion: Pioglitazone improve the glymetabolism through the glyconeogenesis pathway in insulin resistance cells .
