| 摘 要： | 目的:探求中药治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕的方法.方法:采用通瘀促孕汤治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕患者2个疗程,并以西药内美通作为对照,观察治疗后临床症状、卵泡及免疫学指标变化等情况.结果:两药治疗后患者临床症状明显改善,卵泡直径、数量增加,抗子宫内膜抗体下降,同组治疗前后比较差异有显著性(P＞0.05).结论:通瘀促孕汤可明显缓解内异症患者症状,提高受孕率,可作为临床治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕的方法之一.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of chinese herb in treating infertility caused by endometriosis.Method: We treated patients with infertility caused by endometriosis with Tongyu and fetus quieting decocting for 2 courses.In control group gave gestrione.And then compare the clinical symptom,follicles and changes of indicate of immunology.Result: There's significant difference in improving of symptom,diameter of follicles,quality and decreasing of antiendometial antibody comparing with before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: Tongyu and fetus quieting decocting can relieve symptom of endometriosis enhance the rate of pregnancy,It worth spreading in clinical. |
